DragonBird at Home: FAQ

How do I access DragonBird at Home? 

When you purchase a subscription you will be required to set up a username and password. Click 'Login' above, enter your username and password and start watching!

If you have a subscription from one of our partner organisations, just click or type in the link on your ticket and enter the password provided.


How do I watch the show? 

The DragonBird at Home shows are hosted with Youtube and can only be watched on our website. You can watch them from the DragonBird at Home webpage on any computer, tablet, phone or TV that has an internet connection. 

Can I watch on my TV? 

You can watch the DragonBird at Home shows on a smart TV or any TV with a smart device (like Chromecast and Amazon Fire) or game console connected. Here's a handy group of articles about watching Youtube videos on your TV. You may have to hover over the videos on the DragonBird at Home page and select 'watch on Youtube' to see the option to connect to your device. 

Do your shows have subtitles?

We're working on it! We aim to have subtitles on all of our shows very soon. You can find out more about the benefits of using subtitles with your child at turnonthesubtitles.org. We're also working on some exciting projects to make our videos even more accessible - watch this space! 

We release our new shows on the DragonBird at Home platform every month, which you can watch as many times as you'd like until next month's adventure. We send emails to subscribers when we release new shows, and you can also stay up to date via Facebook, Instagram and our newsletter, linked below.

When will there be a new show?

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging in to DragonBird at Home and clicking 'My subscription', then selecting 'Cancel subscription'. If you'd still like to get updates on new shows online and in live venues, you can follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of this page. 

If your child has flown the DragonBird nest but you'd still like to support what we do, you can find out more about sponsoring and donating here.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Not to worry! Just email us at companymanager@dragonbirdtheatre.co.uk

Make sure to send us an email from the email address you used to set up your account and we will get you logged back in and set up with a brand new password.
